All personal data collected on the website www.iveresse.com are used to the extent necessary solely for the technical administration of the website, individual support, user administration and for the marketing and sending of ordered goods and newsletters.

Personal data, such as: name and surname, e-mail address, delivery address and telephone number, and in the case of companies also the Tax Identification Number – the user provides voluntarily, but they are necessary primarily for:

- concluding a sales agreement with him/her and handling and executing the order (legal basis: Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR) – for the duration of the concluded agreement and settlements after its termination;
- fulfillment of the legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (legal basis: Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c) of the GDPR), including:
issuing and storing a personal sales document (invoice, receipt) – for the period in which the regulations require us to store tax documents,
handling and settling any complaints – until the end of the warranty or guarantee period for products purchased from us;
to pursue our legitimate interests (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), i.e.:
– conducting direct marketing – no longer than for a period of 5 years or until an objection to the processing of personal data is raised;

– selection of services for our clients, optimization of our products or services based on customer comments, optimization of service processes based on the course of sales and after-sales service – analytical purpose;

– customer satisfaction surveys and determining the quality of our service;

– creating statistics and analyses for our internal needs – for the period for which we store your data for other purposes indicated in this privacy policy.
