Returns and complaints policy

1. The IVEREESSE online store accepts returns of purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The buyer should send the shipment to the above address together with the printed return form.
2. Please complete and send the form received with the order or, if it is not available, print the form constituting Annex No. 1 (available for download above) to these Regulations and attach it to the goods being shipped.
3. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept a return or exchange goods that show any traces of use beyond basic familiarization with the product, such as stains, traces of make-up, mechanical damage, lack of original label attachment, any fragrances (perfumes, deodorants, detergents, etc.), lack of accessories included with the shipment (hanger, bag).
4. The refund is not available to other business entities that received a VAT invoice for the purchase of goods. The above exclusion does not apply to entrepreneurs with consumer rights.
5. The Seller will consider each return request within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the return, provided that the form is attached to the returned goods.
6. The Seller does not accept returns of clothing sent to the company by cash on delivery, to collection points other than the address provided or without prior notification to the Seller of this fact (by phone or email). We also inform you that we do not accept shipments in person at the address provided.
7. The method of packaging and transporting goods returned to the Seller should correspond to their properties (appropriate packaging and securing of goods).
8. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
9. Complaints regarding non-conformity of the goods with the contract should be submitted electronically to shop@iveresse.com or by post to the above address.
